1. Terms of sale

This is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. The book is written in Vietnamese throughout and studies the Vietnamese cafe market — please take that into account before buying.

After you transfer payment and send the receipt on Zalo, we send your download link within 15 minutes during working hours, and within 24 hours otherwise. The link does not expire. You may download, print and read the book for your own personal or business use.

You may not:

Resell, rent or redistribute the file in any form
Publish the book, in whole or in substantial part, anywhere public
Use its content to build a product that competes directly with it

Short quotations with attribution are fine and need no permission.

The book records the author's own experience and opinions in the cafe business. It is not legal, accounting or investment advice. Your results depend on many factors outside the book, so we make no promise of any particular revenue or profit.

2. Privacy

This is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising trackers, and collects nothing from your browser on its own.

The only information we hold is what you send us when you order:

Transfer reference — the phone number you enter when paying
Zalo message — your Zalo display name and the receipt image you send
Email — if you ask for the download link by email

We use it only to confirm your order, send your download link and support you afterwards. We do not sell, trade or share your information with third parties for advertising.

Some third parties are involved and run their own policies: Vercel (hosting; keeps technical access logs including IP addresses), Zalo (messaging), VIB (bank transfers), Discord (community, if you choose to join) and Polar (card payment processing, if you pay that way). The page loads webfonts from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers when it loads.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time — a message on Zalo is enough, no formal process required.

3. Refunds

Seven days, no reason needed. If the book is not for you, message us within 7 days of receiving your download link and we refund the full 99,000đ.

You do not have to delete the file, prove you read it, or fill in a survey. Bank refunds are sent within 3 working days, back to the account you paid from.

If you paid by card through Polar, Polar processes the refund on our instruction and the money returns on your card issuer's schedule, usually 5–10 working days.

If you paid but never received the book, that is not a refund case — message us and we resend the link immediately. If for any reason we cannot deliver it, you get every đồng back.
